One pill per day… If you are going to be in the sun for an extended period of time, let's say you are going to the beach, lake or amusement park for the day then it is recommended that you take an additional pill.
Most people do not experience any stomach upset with the SunPill. If you have a sensitive stomach you may want to take it with a meal and liquids.
No need to double up…just take your normal daily dose.
The active ingredient in the SunPill is Polypodium Leucotomos and has seen used to help protect the skin. Dermatologist research has discovered that Polypodium Leucotomos may provide skin protection by blocking dangerous ultraviolet (UV) rays that can damage skin.
Polypodium Leucotomos is a terrific antioxidant and works by protecting your skin against free radicals that can cause skin damage and premature aging. Polypodium Leucotomos may act as a UV-absorbing material that helps to block UV exposure when you are in the sun… helping to protect your skin from the damaging rays of the sun.
The SunPill is to be used year-round… for sun protection everyday. Even on a cloudy day the sun's rays can burn the skin. In the spring and fall the weather is cool and comfortable and you may end up spending more time outside "playing" than in the summer and winter. In the winter months, the snow reflects the sun back into the face and exposed areas enhancing the burning rays, and can cause some burns that are actually worse than the summer sun. So when you are out shoveling snow or just having a snowball fight you won't want to get a nasty burn.
Taking the SunPill has some great advantages when compared with topical sunscreen. The SunPill provides protection to all of the skin… so you won't miss a spot with the SunPill! The SunPill cannot be rubbed off or washed off during swimming and sweating. It provides constant protection for your skin.
